This is an example page for mooTips, a class build with the great mootool library.
mooTips, do the same thing that original Tips included on mootool, but this one stay visible when mouse is on the tip.
Tip disappear when mouse leaves the tip owner and the tip itself. Obviously, this happend ONLY when fixed option is set to true.
